If you’re just going to read one iPad review, read Gruber’s.
I like guillee and his tumblog a lot, but he is straight wrong on this one. This review is total Apple Cock Gobbling. Anyone, ANYONE, that thinks paying $500 for a device with only 16gb of memory instead of buying a netbook has their head so far up Steve Job’s ass that they’ve probably forgotten what the sun even looks like. Plus, wtf Apple?? This thing would have been great for taking notes in class and shit, but what’s that? No stylus? Writing with my finger? GIVE ME A FUCKIN BREAK. The one review you should read about the iPad is this one, by Cory Doctorow on BoingBoing. It sums up perfectly why the iPad, at least in its current form, is useless. Do yourselves a favor, read that review, and just save for the Microsoft Courier. It is clearly a better product.
